The Spectra 70 series were the first computers commercially available that made use of integrated circuits designed in RCA labs .

The RCA Spectra 70/45 was sold in the UK by English Electric as the System 4-50 .

The Spectra 70 series was also manufactured by Siemens, as the Siemens 4004 .
