The origin of the ICL 2966  Plaque is not known at this time, but it is for the ICL 2956  Plaque.

The ICL 2956 originated with a Book and Journal Publishing Company in Oxford.

Decommissioned in 1990 by the then IT Operations Manager Nicky, who rescued the Plaque.

A very well done to Nicky for saving a wonderful piece of Mainframe history.
